Our parade is dedicated at all the military personel who gave the ultimate sacrafice for us to enjoy our freeedom.  This parade is supported by Hulmeville & Penndel Boroughs, but produced by a committee composed of  neighbors and friends of both boroughs.  We take pride in the commitment that and dedication our members have contributed to make this the best Memorial Day parade in Bucks County
