Entrants must be between ages 6 – 10, and reside in Penndel or Hulmeville, PA.

Winners will be drawn at random at the Parade Committee Meeting on May 3, 2007 at 7:30 PM at Penndel Borough Hall. Winners will be contacted on May 6, 2007.

Photos of the winners will be taken at Heritage Park, corner of Trenton Road and Bellevue Avenue (next to the Old Mill) at 11:00 AM on SUNDAY MAY 13, 2007 for publication in the local newspapers. The parent of Miss Penndel-Hulmeville MUST accompany the girls on the float during the Parade on Saturday, May 26, 2007.
